Medical Certificates and Health Examinations at Paratsels Clinic
Paratsels Clinic in Tallinn provides medical examinations and medical certificates for a variety of purposes. At our clinic, you can undergo a medical examination to obtain an occupational health certificate, a Group I or Group II driver's medical certificate, a medical certificate for operating small vessels (yachts and motorboats), or a certificate required for a firearm licence application.
Additional medical examinations and laboratory tests, including bacteriological testing, are available when necessary. Our specialists provide an individual approach to every patient and help ensure that the required medical examinations are carried out in a comfortable and professional environment.

Health Declaration
Certain medical certificates require a health declaration to be completed. For your convenience, several options are available.
- Complete your health declaration online. We recommend using the official Estonian Terviseportaal health certificates service . Completing the declaration in advance can reduce the time needed to process your documents during your visit.
- Download the health declaration. You can download the declaration form in Estonian, Russian or English, complete it beforehand and bring it to your appointment. A link to the relevant document is available in the online booking form when selecting a family doctor service.
- Complete the declaration at the clinic. If you have not been able to prepare the document in advance, you can complete it at Paratsels before your appointment. In this case, we recommend arriving a little earlier.
Completing the health declaration in advance helps speed up the medical certificate process, but it is not a mandatory requirement for booking an appointment.
