Thank you for your interest in our clinic and for placing your trust in us.
Paratsels is a welcoming medical clinic where every patient receives individual attention. We provide dental services, radiological examinations and medical assessments for health certificates. To make your visit as comfortable and efficient as possible, please familiarise yourself with our patient guidelines.
Clinic Visiting Guidelines
- Appointments at Paratsels are available by prior booking.
- You can book an appointment through the online booking form on our website, by calling +372 633 2427, or by emailing paratselstallinn@gmail.com.
- Please bring a valid identity document to your first appointment.
- If you require urgent medical assistance, please contact our reception team. We will help you find the earliest available appointment.
- The time allocated for a consultation or procedure is reserved exclusively for the patient who booked it.
- We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may no longer be possible to carry out the scheduled procedure. In this case, our receptionist will offer an alternative appointment in consultation with the doctor.
- Occasionally, appointments may be delayed if another patient requires emergency medical attention. If necessary, you may arrange to reschedule your visit.
- Our staff do not disclose doctors' personal contact details. Please direct any questions to reception or discuss them during your appointment.
- Please follow our hygiene requirements: disinfect your hands, use shoe covers when required, and leave outdoor clothing in the designated area.
- Smoking, consuming alcohol, aggressive behaviour, and photography or video recording without appropriate permission are prohibited on clinic premises. Our staff reserve the right to refuse services to visitors who are intoxicated.
- Please set your mobile phone to silent mode while at the clinic.
- The clinic is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
- If you have any additional questions, please contact us by phone or email.
Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
If your plans change, please notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling request in advance — at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the available time to another patient.
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the clinic may apply measures permitted under its terms and applicable legislation.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment in the following ways:
- By telephone: +372 633 2427.
- In person at reception: Pae 25, 11414 Tallinn.
- By email: paratselstallinn@gmail.com.
- Failure to attend without notice. If a patient does not cancel at least 24 hours in advance and fails to attend, Paratsels Grupp OÜ reserves the right to claim compensation for the clinic's expenses of up to EUR 100, where such a claim is permitted under applicable law and the terms of service.
- Services covered by the Health Insurance Act. In cases specified by law, a healthcare provider may charge double the applicable visit fee at the next appointment under Section 70(6) of the Estonian Health Insurance Act (Ravikindlustuse seadus).
- Advance payment. If a patient repeatedly misses appointments without a valid reason or timely notice, the clinic may, subject to prior notification, require an advance payment of 20% of the estimated cost of the planned service.
Please notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you fail to attend without prior notice, Paratsels Grupp OÜ may claim compensation for the clinic's expenses of up to EUR 100, where permitted by the applicable terms of service and legislation.
Special rules under Section 70(6) of the Estonian Health Insurance Act may apply to services falling within the scope of that Act.
Family Doctor Appointments and Medical Certificates
At Paratsels, patients can undergo medical examinations for various health certificates and medical assessments. Depending on the selected service, the doctor may perform a physical examination, assess your health, review medical records, and order any necessary tests or investigations.
To make the process of obtaining your medical certificate more efficient, we recommend preparing in advance, reviewing the requirements of your chosen service and completing a health declaration where necessary.
Health Declaration
Certain medical certificates require a health declaration to be completed. For your convenience, several options are available.
- Complete your health declaration online. We recommend using the official Estonian Terviseportaal health certificates service . Completing the declaration in advance can reduce the time needed to process your documents during your visit.
- Download the health declaration. You can download the declaration form in Estonian, Russian or English, complete it beforehand and bring it to your appointment. A link to the relevant document is available in the online booking form when selecting a family doctor service.
- Complete the declaration at the clinic. If you have not been able to prepare the document in advance, you can complete it at Paratsels before your appointment. In this case, we recommend arriving a little earlier.
Completing the health declaration in advance helps speed up the medical certificate process, but it is not a mandatory requirement for booking an appointment.
Preparing for Your Family Doctor Appointment
If possible, please avoid eating for 3 hours before your appointment.
Some medical certificates may require tests or examinations that involve special preparation. Since the need for these investigations is determined individually, we recommend that patients attending medical certificate appointments follow this guidance whenever possible.
This can help prevent situations where certain examinations have to be postponed because the required preparation has not been completed.
You may drink plain water unless your doctor has instructed otherwise.
If you need to eat regularly for medical reasons, monitor your blood glucose levels, or take medication with food, do not change your usual routine without consulting a healthcare professional.
Please note that some laboratory tests may require a longer fasting period or other specific preparation. The clinic will provide additional instructions when necessary.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
- Proof of identity — an ID card, passport or another valid identity document.
- Your completed health declaration, if you have prepared a paper version in advance.
- Medical records, previous test results or specialist reports relevant to the purpose of your appointment.
- Glasses, contact lenses or other vision correction aids, if you use them and they may be needed during the examination.
Booking a Medical Certificate Appointment

When choosing a service, please check its price, duration and available appointment times. The examinations required depend on the type of medical certificate and the applicable medical requirements.
